Daisy granny square with cluster petals
This daisy granny square has a yellow single crochet centre, eight white cluster petals, and a green round that turns the flower into a square with double crochet corners. A final solid round frames it. Four rounds of worsted yarn make a 5 inch square that joins neatly into blankets and bags.

Frequently asked questions
Can I skip the green round?
The green round is what makes the circle square. You can work it in cream to remove the extra colour, but not skip it.
How do I join daisy squares?
Whip stitch through the back loops of Round 4, or use a flat slip stitch join, to keep the flowers the focus.
