Every purchase made on crochetpatterns.io comes with a 30-day refund: if a collection is not right for you, you get your money back in full.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order email. You do not need to give a reason; the full price is refunded to your original payment method and your download link is switched off.
Membership
Memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account and remain active until the end of the paid period.
Purchases in the iOS and Android apps
Purchases and subscriptions made in the app are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their processes: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store or from your order history in Google Play. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
