Materials

• Super fine to fine (CYC #1–#2) baby yarn: about 12 oz (340 g); yardage was not printed, so check your yarn label
• Crochet hook (original: steel crochet hook No. 0)
• Cardboard for winding fringe
• Hook: Start with 3.25 mm (US D-3; about the size of an old No. 0 steel hook) and change size so each strip measures 2½ in (6.5 cm) wide
